This is a redesigned, illustrative recreation built for portfolio purposes. All names, data, and scenarios shown are fictional.

Problem

Executives lose an estimated 60% of their time to coordination rather than high-value work, with context scattered across email, Slack, and project tools.

What I built

An AI layer that ingests email and Slack, triages everything into decision cards, and lets the executive act, reject, delegate, or snooze with one gesture.

My role

Owned the product brief and opportunity assessment, and made the case for a CEO-led dogfooding pilot before committing to a full build.

Impact

Framed as a tool-agnostic decision layer with a clear path to becoming a sellable Decision Engine.

One card at a time. Decide, don't dig.

EVE watches the CEO's inboxes, Slack, and tools, and turns the noise into a stack of decision cards with the screenshots, links, and context already attached. Swipe to decide. The decision flows back out into whatever tool the team is using, so the workflow survives even when the tools underneath change.

Inbox zero, decision edition

Every card triaged and routed. EVE will surface the next batch as new inputs arrive.

Drag the card or use the buttons · ← reject · → act · ↑ delegate · ↓ snooze

Decisions out

Nothing routed yet. Every swipe writes the decision straight into ClickUp, Jira, Slack, or a calendar, the CEO's call, EVE's plumbing.
The arc

From triage inbox to a Decision Engine

YOU ARE HERE
Phase 01
Personal triage

Cards pulled from email, Slack, and other inputs, with context attached. The CEO decides in seconds; decisions route back into whatever tool the team already lives in.

Phase 02
Tool-agnostic layer

EVE becomes the stable surface on top of shifting enterprise tools. Swap one tool for another next year, and the decision workflow doesn't move.

Phase 03
Decision Engine

Wire in a meeting note taker and EVE stops waiting to be asked. It drafts the cards, proposes the call, and learns the CEO's patterns, making asynchronous work actually work.

Straight from the original brief: Tinder-style cards, email/Slack inputs, attached context, output to the team's existing tools, evolving into a Decision Engine via a meeting note taker.
Extrapolated for the demo: the four decision verbs, priority tags, the "decisions out" feed, time-saved metric, and the three-phase framing. Directional, not spec.
Concept prototype for internal discussion, illustrative recreation for portfolio purposes.
